ROAR into your first year as a LMU Lion with New Student Orientation where we help you get started on your LMU journey!

New student orientation kicks off with a two-day overnight program in June that will introduce you to life as a LMU Lion. You will have the chance to connect with fellow students and faculty, learn about life on the bluff and schedule classes. You will also have the opportunity to meet with academic advisors and get the full residence hall experience by staying overnight on campus. Upper-class Orientation Leaders will act as your guides to answer any questions you might have.If you are a student joining us from overseas, please refer to our schedule for International Student Orientation here.

The LMU community will be stoked to welcome you back to the bluff in August for residence hall move-in and the official kick-off to your collegiate career! Students and families will have the opportunity to attend a Resource and Involvement Festival and Celebration Mass before classes begin August 28. The weekend will conclude with Academic Convocation.
