Campus Housing

Live just steps from your classes, your friends, and some of the best views in Los Angeles. Nearly 90 percent of first-year students choose to live on campus, creating a close community from the start. Housing is optional and guaranteed for your first year, with traditional residence halls in year one and suites or apartments in year two and beyond. It is more than a place to stay. It is where friendships form, and your college life begins.

LMU EXPerience

Shape your college experience in ways that matter to you. Through leadership programs, service opportunities, student organizations, and campus events, LMU EXP connects you to life outside the classroom. Whether you want to lead, serve, create, or simply find your place, you will find opportunities to get involved and build community. This is where your interests grow and your time at LMU becomes your own.

Athletics

School spirit runs strong at LMU. Our NCAA Division I teams compete in the West Coast Conference, bringing students together for basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, and more. Whether you compete on the field or cheer from the stands, athletics adds energy and tradition to campus life. When the Lions compete, the Pride shows up, and you are part of it.

Begin Your Academic Journey

Summer Sessions

Get a head start on your coursework by enrolling in LMU Summer Session. Incoming first-year and transfer students may take courses during the second summer session, June 29 to August 7, 2026. Committed students will receive details about enrollment and available courses in the spring.

Summer tuition is $2,016 per unit, and enrolled students receive a one-time scholarship based on the number of units taken.

Fall Registration

Your first semester schedule is built with guidance from academic advisors to ensure you begin with a strong foundation. Through pre-registration tasks and personalized advising, you will select courses that align with your major and interests.

Fall 2026 pre-registration tasks will be available in April 2026 for students who have submitted their enrollment deposit.

Orientation is your introduction to life at LMU. You will meet classmates, connect with advisors, explore campus, and prepare for your first semester with confidence.

You will discover the resources that will support you and begin building the community that will shape your college experience. Come ready to ask questions, meet new people, and take your first steps as a Lion.

As an admitted student, you are invited to experience LMU in person. Admitted Lion Days are designed to help you explore academics, connect with current students and staff, and see what life at LMU feels like beyond the brochure.
